ACQUISITION SERVICES

1.         Prior to an auction sale, CGT will work with the buyer to establish his budget and goals.
2.         Prior to the auction sale, CGT will obtain the sales catalogue.
3.         Prior to the auction sale, CGT will evaluate pedigrees and dosage of horses offered for sale.
4.         Prior to the auction sale, CGT will search prior auction for sales prices of the horses offered at the current sale.
3.         At the auction sale, CGT will view the under tack show and/or review the videos thereof.
4.         At the auction sale, CGT will evaluate the horses’ conformation with the buyer, trainer, bloodstock agent and/or a veterinarian as the situation may require.
5.         At the auction sale, CGT will establish a price range with the buyer for horses the owner is interested in and if agreed to by the buyer will bid for the selected horses.

6.         Post sale, CGT will make arrangements for vetting and transporting the horse to trainer, farm or race track as the situation may require.

Throughout the year, CGT will work with you to purchase horses privately or through claims.

 MANAGEMENT SERVICES

1.         CGT will maintain Equity and Expense accounts for the owner be it an corporation, sole proprietorship, Limited Liability Company, General Partnership or limited partnership.

2.         CGT will pay the bills for trainers, veterinarians, farriers, and all other general and extraordinary expenses of the owner.

3.         CGT will bill the ownership entity or partners on a monthly basis for the expenses of ownership.

4.         CGT will maintain ownership records of the equity holders and transfers of ownership.

5.         CGT will distribute income or profits to owners as per any partnership or other agreement amongst the owners.
